Brent Stevenson

Brent has 15 years experience in measuring customer feedback. He and his colleagues started Tell Us About Us, Inc. (now part of Market Force) as an affordable, quantitative system for gathering customer feedback. His vision drove the development of Tell Us About Us’ call center and survey programs. Since 1998, he has been involved with the conception, creation, rollout and execution of hundreds of client programs from small companies to huge corporations.

Brent has spoken at both client and industry conferences on the merits of great customer service and its proper measurement. He has been championing the ‘use of data to drive business decisions’. He has demonstrated ROI’s on customer service initiatives in the hospitality, retail (including a major gas/convenience store chain) and food & beverage (quick service chain) industries.

Brent is an active member of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA) as well as the International Franchise Association (IFA).

Jerry Henry- President & CEO, H2R Market Research

Jerry Henry is a visionary executive & collaborative thought partner with more than 25 years of experience leading high impact teams in Consumer Insights and Marketing Research. Jerry founded his research company in 2001 with a passionate interest in serving clients as a trusted partner and a fully engaged consultant. He has proven experience across a wide variety of methodological disciplines including a full range of qualitative and quantitative services.

While Jerry’s experience spans numerous industries and best-in-class brands, he is particularly skilled in the area of travel, tourism and leisure where he has spent much of his career working with best-in-class brands such as Bass Pro Shops, Herschend Family Entertainment (Silver Dollar City, Dollywood, etc), and numerous state travel offices and destination marketing organizations. David Dodwell

A native Bermudian and graduate of the prestigious Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, David Dodwell is owner of The Reefs Hotel & Club in Bermuda and Nisbet Plantation Beach Club on Nevis. He has been at the helm of The Reefs for nearly 40 years and at Nisbet Plantation for more than 20 years.
Dodwell is a former Minister of Tourism for Bermuda, once served as president of the Bermuda Hotel Association and is a member of the Resort Committee of the American Hospitality & Lodging Association. His honors include Bermuda Hotelier of the Year and Caribbean Hotelier of the Year.

Tom Mooney – President, FourthIdea

With over twenty years experience in brand activation, communications strategy and creative, Tom brings to the table the ability to produce effective, results-focused communications programs. His experience includes developing activation campaigns for venues such as Ralph Wilson Stadium (Home of the Buffalo Bills), and Rogers Centre in Toronto as well as fully integrated campaigns including retail activation for Steinlager, Imperial Cerveza, Genesee, Genesee Light, Aussie Vineyards, Right Guard, OXY Skincare, the Toronto Blue Jays, the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Cleveland Cavaliers, NFL Network, the National Hockey League and Delaware North Companies.

Jill Crimmins – Founder, Locus Interactive and ZeeBerry.com

Jill is a highly experienced and accomplished programmer and coding developer with an uncanny ability to find efficient solutions to complicated technical issues. Prior to founding her own company, she developed the technical strategy and programming solutions to interface complex legacy systems for clients such as Xerox and Nike. She founded Locus Interactive in 2003 and grew it into a forward thinking company building high quality, dependable websites for clients such as Yosemite Park, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and Sigma Photo. Using her web expertise she launched ZeeBerry.com in 2009, a cost-effective ecommerce site based on a model using technology to optimize business tasks.

Lawrenze Prohaska

Lawrenze has been a video maker for the past twenty-five years. He learned his craft at Evergreen State College earning a degree in Television/Film. After graduation he moved to Los Angles as a freelance cameraman.

Film production is his calling. He has created over 100 video projects, many of which are currently for distribution. Lawrenze has continued to develop his craft, producing some exciting new customer service programs such as: Casino A Customer Service Story which was filmed at the Muckleshoot Casino near Seattle, Washington. The Casino program is in use in over 80 of the largest Casinos in the US.
His latest effort, for the largest retail stores in the US, is currently in pre-production with completion expected in June 2013.
